This heritage house sports a classic bahay na bato façade, possibly from late Spanish colonial period to the early American period, with grilled first floor windows and a discreet main entrance. Neoclassic trimmings and brackets under caves give it classic proportions .Note the absence of any ventanillas, and sliding windows on the outside, typical of the Visayan type bahay na bato.
